second test piece, with new locating press system, but still alot of the pulp got stuck onto the underside of the wooden press, ??! so before we pressed the next one we lay a sheet of mesh down on top of the pulp.

VOILA!

Trying to pulp dry shredded paper, we found that we need to leave paper to soak for about half an hour for maximum pulp efficiency, in fact this is a common practice for paper recycling

first test-Two issues that need addressing: 1. Pressure of the pulp flow creates a thin layer.
2. Press surface isn't porous meaning paper gets stuck on the upper plate.
